About Andrea Scott

I am a Christian Business Coach, Educator, Organizational Development Consultant, and Strategic Facilitator with over 20 years of experience helping mission-driven leaders and organizations align vision with execution. Whether guiding a senior team through cultural transformation or coaching a faith-driven entrepreneur through scale-up, my work is rooted in purpose, systems thinking, and transformational learning.
Throughout my career, I’ve helped leaders across government, nonprofit, academic, and private sectors navigate change, drive alignment, and design high-impact retreats and learning experiences. Today, I channel that same depth of expertise to support faith-based women entrepreneurs—women who are called to the marketplace and ready to grow businesses that honor God and build a legacy.

As Founder & CEO of PurposeQuest Coaching, LLC, I help Christian women who are struggling to grow purpose-driven businesses develop the clarity, strategy, and systems needed to create generational wealth—spiritually and financially.

With a doctorate in Human and Organizational Learning from The George Washington University, and a background in leadership development, DEIA strategy, executive coaching, and organizational transformation, I bridge academic rigor with hands-on, real-world experience.
